By registering for or using the services provided on hmbcloud.in by Host My Byte, you agree to comply with the following contractual terms and conditions.

1. Account Provisioning & Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for safeguarding their control panel credentials, root access keys, and backup archives. Account information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.

2. Billing & Renewals

Hosting services are billed based on the selected tenure (Monthly, Annual, Biennial, Triennial, or Quadrennial). Invoices are generated 7 days prior to renewal. Applicable GST (18%) is clearly itemized on tax invoices.

3. Uptime Commitment

HMBCloud provides an operational 99.95% network uptime SLA covering network connectivity and server hardware.
